Becks Beads, Etc. strives to provide quality products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, send an e-mail to email@example.com within 30 days from the date received and we will replace the item or refund your money. We must be notified that you want to return an item or your return will be refused. A copy of the invoice should be included with the return & sent via USPS. Refunds exclude return shipping fees unless item is not as described or defective.
